SHIPPING

• FREE Standard shipping for all Australian orders over $100. 

• Sendle Australia is our shipping provider

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of being placed, however this is highly dependant on order volumes at time of purchase.

• Standard shipping times to all major cities is approximately 2-3 business days.

• Please make sure you enter the correct address upon checkout, we are not responsible for any lost parcels and damages that takes place during transit. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

• Items can be returned for an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order

• Items must be in brand new condition, unworn and unwashed with the original packaging that it was received in.

Projectgains Apparel has the right to reject any returned item that does not meet the above conditions.
